Everything was spot on.

The value for money at Zen Rooms Lk Metro was amazing, with a nice and modern room, big TV, and a comfy bed and shower. The location was lively and close to all the action, and the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome.

The food for breakfast could have been better.

The hotel provided great value for money with its affordable prices. Additionally, the staff were attentive and provided excellent service. The basic amenities in the room, including the wide flat-screen TV and mini fridge, were a nice touch. Furthermore, the location of the hotel was perfect, situated in the heart of the city.

There was a lot of noise from the street which made it hard to sleep for those who go to bed early. the reception area was difficult to locate and there was no front desk making check-in harder than it should have been.

The hotel lacks soundproofing, making it difficult to sleep before the early morning hours. the noise from the nearby clubs and bars was very loud, leading to an uncomfortable night's sleep.
